Washington, D.C., August 8, 2016—The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), the leading trade association for the dietary supplement and functional food industry, is pleased to announce that world-renowned presidential historian, public speaker and Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Doris Kearns Goodwin, Ph.D., will headline the popular “Breakfast With…” session at The Conference: CRN’s Annual Symposium for the Dietary Supplement Industry. This event takes place Oct. 26–29 in tandem with The Workshop: CRN’s Day of Science, at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, in Dana Point, California.
During the “Breakfast with…” session, to be held Saturday morning, Oct. 29, the final day of The Conference, Ms. Goodwin, a globally recognized scholar of the U.S. Executive branch, will share insights on the current political landscape, interpreting its unique and unprecedented character in the context of history.
